What is Impact Social Hub?
Impact Social Hub is a family-run community support service based in Stockport, supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities. We offer a welcoming, person-centred environment where the people we support can build confidence, make friendships and take part in meaningful activities. Our service is delivered through a structured group setting, giving each person the chance to enjoy shared activities and social connection while still receiving the individual attention and support they need.
As a small, close-knit service, we pride ourselves on knowing each person we support as an individual and working closely with families, carers and professionals to make sure everyone gets the right support for them.
